What I specialize in

Mental Hygiene

Do you wash your hands regularly? Of course you do! What kind of question is that anyway, right?! When it comes to basic hygiene, we usually take pretty good care of our body. And what about mental hygiene - is it such a natural and everyday part of life for you too? Or is it something you only think about when you just realize that you "can't go on like this" anymore? The last few years have been a very practical reminder of how important psychohygiene is in everyday life. It's also been a big theme in my work with clients lately.

In the framework of psycho-hygiene, I am all about putting practical tools in the hands of my clients, which they learn to use themselves. They are thus better equipped for everyday life, become more resilient to stress and experience more joy and ease in life.

When we take good care of ourselves physically and mentally, we begin to listen to our inner voice more consciously and can realize more easily what we want. This of course applies in all areas of life. Bearing in mind that in general we  spend one third of our life at work I find the following theme a very important one, too: Career Coaching.

The way I embrace this topic is a journey from "job" to "vocation".

On this journey we look at questions like "Why do I get up in the morning to go to work?", "Do I spend my time doing something that fulfills me or am I just waiting until it is finally time to go home again?", "How do I want to be perceived in the workplace", "Is it important to me what legacy I leave behind?", "What do I want to achieve in this respect?".

The answers to these questions do not come by way of logical reasoning. Often it is necessary to take a trip back to our early youth and childhood. And often we have a lot of fun during that process: "What did I admire as a child?", "What did I want to become when I would grow up?", "What did the adults around us say to me about these ideas?"
This questioning goes  beyond the scope of conventional "career counseling". It helps to embrace the true potential of each person and can open up broader possibilities of using it.

Job interview preparation

Do not judge the book by its cover they say - and thery are right! But what if the book cover is the only thing that you get to see? So if the cover does not draw the attention the whole book might never get the chance to show what is in the inside!

Are you nervous when you think about the idea of interviewing for a job? Do you hardly ever get an invitation to come for an interview and instead you only get a short rejection email? This does not mean there is something "wrong" with you! It might just need a little bit of help wokring on the "cover", i.e. your CV, Motivation letter or/and your job interview skills. All of this can be trained and will most certainly improve.

I offer professional coaching services to help you prepare for job interviews and excel in your career. With over 10 years of experience interviewing individuals from all levels of companies, from entry-level to C-suite executives, I am equipped to guide you through all aspects of the interview process.

Career Coaching - Vocation Search

For new clients, a 30-minute "getting to know you" session is offered prior to the start of the collaboration. This time will give us the opportunity to get to know each other a little and agree on everything we need. This meeting (online or in person) is completely non-binding for both parties and there is no charge.

My sessions take place in the comfort of your home via online meeting (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp video call, etc.).

Face to face meetings are also possible (depending on the location and further details).

All materials and information I collect during sessions are anonymous (i.e., clients cannot be identified by them), contain no personal information, and are not further processed or shared with any third party.

I work in Czech, English and German language.

Working hours per agreement.
